With over 120 years of experience, the Tung Chun Group is a Hong Kong based enterprise with businesses ranging from soy sauce and canned food manufacturing to property management and development. We are now looking for high caliber candidates with strong will to develop in operation management to join our team.
Job Description:
Responsible for overall office administrative and human resource duties
Responsible for formulation and implementation of HR & Administrative policies, procedures and systems
Prepare office activity reports for management review including but not limited to attendance and office equipment / stationary utilization.
Plan and organize staff activities to ensure effective office operations and high morale
Be prepared to take up ad hoc duties as assigned by Directors of the company
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma holder of Business Administration, Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of hands-on-experience in both HR and Administrative functions, preferably gained in food or manufacturing industry
Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance
Strong in communication, interpersonal and problem solving skill
Able to prioritize and complete tasks under tight timeline
Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS
Immediate available preferred
5.5 day work week
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Office Administrator
