Responsibilities:
Assist Engineers to handle documentation duties
Responsible for contracts administration including estimation for projects, budgetary controls and financial issues
Liaise with client on payment application and settlement of account
Measurement and valuation of variations
Requirement:
Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or other construction related discipline preferred
2-4 years related experience, site work experience is preferred
Good communication skills
Proficient in PC applications
