A minimum of 2 year's experience in similar capacity
Preferably in American or Californian full service operation
Dynamic leadership, interpersonal and training skills
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Sound Knowledge of American wines and dining trends
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
