We are a small but innovative, well-established and rapidly developing company, designing and producing OEM plastic injected products in China for international markets.
We have an opening for an individual with a creative and problem-solving mind with the following background:
- In charge of overseeing the operations in Hong Kong and Ningbo, including but not limited to production, procurement, sourcing, QC, QA, product development, engineering
- Responsibilities also encompass leadership in R&D and trouble shooting in production
- The ideal candidate should have an Engineering Degree. He/she should have at least 10 years of management experience in PRC and practical experience preferably in plastic injection industry, focusing on OEM and ODM products. In addition, he/she should be familiar with TQM and ISO9000 system
- We expect the candidate to be a leader of integrity, innovative, initiative, result-oriented, with clear analytical mind and excellent people management skills
- He/she should be proficient in Mandarin and English. Stays in both Ningbo and Hong Kong are required
