Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and implementation of building design, construction method, cost control and construction details on-site
Monitoring works progress to ensure timely completion of works in compliance with the specified standard and statutory requirements within the budgeted cost
Co-ordinates all project activities and requirements with consultants and other personnel to ensure the completion of projects within the time frame and quality standards set by the Company and building regulations
Evaluating the project feasibility and preparing design brief, master program and financial budget
Job Requirements:
Degree holder or above in Architecture, Building Studies, Civil/Structural Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years solid experience in property projects of which minimum 5 years relevant experience in PRC projects, hands-on experience in PRC Property developments is a MUST
Conversant with planning, design, construction, project management and building regulations and procedures in PRC
Mature, self-motivated, well organized, independent, responsible and willing to work under pressure
Good Command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
Require station in PRC
