Role:
Directly report to the Company Director
Play a key role in developing, implementing and monitoring the various projects from inception to completion.
Be a team leader capable of managing a group of 20 staff and with strong design ability, excellent technical understanding and communication skill
To effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
Requirement:
Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 15 years experience in architectural or engineering, of which 10 years must be in managerial level
Possess at least 10 years’ post HKIA qualification on local projects
Strong in design and contract administration skills
Sound knowledge in construction/technical details
Well-versed in local building regulations
Fluency in English and Cantonese
Good communication and coordination skill
Excellent communication, tactful skills with strong leadership
