Responsibilities:
Provide user support on ERP system work flow enquiry and problem record handling
Provide in-house support, troubleshooting and solutions to the problems on systems, network, software and hardware
To maintain user applications and IT equipment (PC, servers, network, PABX and backup equipment)
Perform system (software, hardware and network) installation and configuration, and system administrative duties
Daily system backup operation and LAN/WAN administration
Perform disaster recovery and ac-hoc maintenance duties on servers
Requirements:
Higher diploma or above in Information System, Computer Science or related discipline
1 - 2 years of solid experience in implement / supporting ERP system, Microsoft windows 2003/08 server, MS SQL 2005/08, database Application Development and Server Administration
2 - 3 years practical experience in networking administration (LAN, WAN)
With retail business experience is definitely an advantage
Familiar with TCP/IP network, DNS, Firewall (w/ VPN), Anti Virus is another must
Skillful in trouble shooting and user support for PC hardware and software
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Immediate available is preferred
