Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary design consultancy in the region with a portfolio encompassing premium residential, commercial, retail and mixed-use developments. They are looking for creative candidates for the vacancies of Senior Architects and Architects for projects in Hong Kong and China.
Requirements
Degree holder in Architecture
Membership of relevant professional institution.
5 years minimum relevant experience
Related PRC experience preferred
Use of Computer aided drawing tools, knowledge of Revit will be an advantage
Understanding of material and construction method
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Solid experience in liaising with consultants, contractors and local government officials would be an advantage
Travelling is required
