| Architectural Project Manager |
|
An international property development company is currently looking for a person to be based on a major project in Shenyang. This role has a very competitive salary and is a good opportunity to step into working with a major developer.
They require an architectural project manager with at least 5 years experience who can not only look after the interface with the international architecture practices and development teams, but also take an active role in the overall management of the site.
You will not necessarily be chartered or a registered architect, but you must be a confident and robust communicator and be able to head up meetings with all external parties whilst communicating with the Director responsible for the scheme.
Candidate requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Architecture
At least 5 years experience in architecture, centered on development projects. Two years of this must have been in China
Good project management and supervisory skills to coordinate and communicate with relevant parties.
Good command of English, fluent Cantonese and ideally Mandarin language skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure
