Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Building Studies or equivalent discipline
Minimum 3 years working experience in building renovation or A&A projects (Fresh Graduate will be considered)
Willing to work overtime and under pressure
Good command of computer skills and particular in using MS Office, knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skill
Self-motivated, independent, responsible
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
