Responsible for developing the design from feasibility studies to construction works detailing and production of graphics and 3-D presentation
Degree holder in Architecture, Architectural Studies
At least 5 years experience to be in architectural firms responsible for design in large-scale residential, retail, and / or hotel projects
Experience in design projects, strong technical drawing, able to handle full set of working drawings
Experience in design coordination and construction detailing is essential
Proficient in graphic presentation and AutoCAD
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Creative, initiative, responsible, hardworking and able to form a team
Travel to overseas may be required
Working closely with Project Managers, Site Team and Contractors to ensure that the design meets the Company’s design objectives and requirements and also fulfills the schedule of construction
