Responsibilities:
Provide system administration and technical support to end-users
Perform network management on Windows and Macintosh platforms
Configure and maintain web server, email server, file server, Windows and SQL servers
Provide network administration to all infrastructure components including Firewall, Switches, Routers, FTP and VPN solutions
Perform hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
Provide daily administrative and helpdesk support
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Computer Science, I.T. or equivalent with 1 year relevant experience
Holder of MCSE and MCSA are preferred
Sound knowledge of Windows OS, VPN and HTML
Good knowledge in Win 98, 2000, XP, ME, Outlook, and Win NT 4.0 / 2000 / 2003 and MAC
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work overtime and attend to emergencies after normal working hours
Experience in network management is preferred
Good command of English and Chinese
Immediately available is preferred
