Responsibilities
Taking-off quantity and preparation of quotation;
Responsible for cost analysis, tender estimation and submission;
Liaise closely with the subcontractors and external consultants to ensure estimates are competitive;
Responsible for settlement of final accounts includes variation works;
Handle procurement and contract administration independently.
Requirement
High Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
At least one year’s working experience in building projects is a must;
Proficiency in general contract administration and quantity surveying skills;
Good command of English and Chinese;
Proficient in PC application;
Immediate availability is preferred.
Working location: Tsuen Wan
