Major Responsibilities:
To coordinate and integrate the design and installations of all building services, electrical and mechanical services works, builder works and specialist works in the project
Liaise with client, architect, BS consultant and main contractor on all site operations in respect of BS / E&M sub-contractors and the specialist contractors
Job Requirements:
Degree in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years relevant post qualification experiences in main-contractor for supervising construction of building services / E&M services installations in new building projects. Experience in Architectural Services Department and Hong Kong Housing Authority projects is preferred.
