| Junior Accounting Clerk |
|
Responsibilities:
Perform General Accounting Duties, including AR, AP and GL functions, daily accounting entries and bank reconciliation for our different associate companies.
Maintain daily bank books & filing system
Verify invoices, purchase orders and other relevant documents and ensure their accuracy and reasonableness prior to input into the system and payment possessing
Compile and Analyze financial information to prepare payment
Issues Cheques & prepare vouchers
Participate in preparing financial reports and various analysis/schedules
Able to handle full set bookkeeping independently
Hand-on experience in Peachtree accounting system
Requirements:
LCC level II or above
At least 1 year working experiences in service industry is preferred
Proficient in MS Excel & Word
Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision
Detail minded, efficient, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
A good team player who is keen to learn
Good communication skills at all level
Immediately available is a must
